Collaboration to Create a Versatile Outdoor Meeting Spot
With an expansive space to work within this homeowner’s backyard, we created two unique lounging areas. The first allows the family and their guests to sit beneath a fully covered structure adorned with a rustic natural stone design and wooden accents that offer a welcoming and cozy energy. There is ample room for sitting around the natural stone outdoor fireplace or lounging in the summer with the ceiling fan encouraging the breeze.
Steps outside the covered area, a complementing paver patio incorporates a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a grill and refrigerator. When transitioning between the two spaces, natural stone ties the style together so that it appears as one cohesive area meant to be used seamlessly. Not only did the collaboration lead to a striking finished product, but the design and construction schedule aligned with the family hosting a wedding reception around the new outdoor space.
